1:1 Coaching Program
Six week transformation
This 6 week program is for people who are really serious about changing their lifestyle, improving their mental health and finding calm in their lives. I have put together everything I have learnt and studied in the last 6 years (or more) in a concise & easy format that’s easy to follow & implement.
The program is mind, body and soul. Health isn’t simply what we eat, but what we are thinking, feeling and saying to ourselves as well. From my experience it’s most effective to tackle something from all angles. Therefore when working with anxiety & stress it is important to look at it holistically.
What does the 6 week program look like?
Health & body snapshot.
This consultation will help us know where you are currently & the core things to focus on during the 6-program. We will look out what you want to get out of the following weeks & tailor everything to fit your needs. We look at goal setting & getting a better picture of where we are.
Nutrition as a tool to manage stress
This will include a nutrition consultation and support. There will be a webinar and guides explaining the links between diet and depression/anxiety. Including the latest research on this topic.
How to work on yourself & release traumas
This will include a consultation on discovering limiting beliefs and how we can change them to serve us better in our daily life. We will also explore mirror work, gratitude, self-compassion and healthy daily routines. Webinars & guides will be provided to support the consultation. An extra consultation on how to release trauma from the energetic body is also available.
nutrition ANALYSIS & plan
Let’s Identify your current state of health. It indicates food allergies and intolerances, deficiencies, hormonal balance and much more! This saves any guess-work and gets right to the root cause. After seeing the test results I will write a bio-individual nutrition program to fit you.
Mindfulness & meditation to help you find calm
This will include a consultation on the power of mindfulness & meditation on mental health. The consultation will explore how meditation can change our relationship with our thoughts so they don’t control our lives.
The power of the breath & conscious movement
This will include a consultation on the power of the breath & how it influences our mental health. The session will include pranayama (breathwork) and learning techniques which can help at times of stress and put the body back into rest & repair. Webinar & guide will also be included.

Here you will connect with the rest of the class. You’ll also have the chance to get feedback, ask questions and give each other support. I will be in there too, mixing it up to give you extra guidance and one-on-one support.

I’ll get on the phone with you and students every Thursday night to help you through that week’s material. All calls are recorded so if you can’t make one, you can catch up the next day.
